Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use the cloth?
There is no single "correct" way to use your cloth. Some people meditate with it; some place it over the heart or another area of the body; some sleep with it nearby; and others simply enjoy its presence in their home. Our suggestions are offered as an invitation rather than a set of rules. Trust your intuition and allow your relationship with the cloth to unfold naturally over time.
What if I don't feel anything?
That's completely normal. Some people immediately notice subtle sensations such as warmth, tingling, calm, or spaciousness, while others simply enjoy the beauty of the cloth. We all perceive energy differently, and there is no "right" experience.
Does the cloth need to be activated?
Not at all. The activation ceremony is simply an invitation to begin a conscious relationship with the cloth. Some people enjoy creating a ritual, while others simply unfold the cloth and begin using it. There is no right or wrong way.
Why Hebrew letters?
In the Kabbalistic tradition, Hebrew letters are understood as archetypal patterns of creation rather than simply an alphabet. They are included as symbolic elements within the artwork, inviting contemplation and connection with timeless spiritual principles, regardless of one's religious or spiritual background.
How long should I use the cloth?
There is no set time. You may enjoy a few quiet minutes, an hour of rest, meditation, or simply sleeping with the cloth nearby. Let your intuition guide you.
Can I use the cloth every day?
Yes. Some people enjoy using their cloth daily, while others naturally go through periods of working with it more intensely and then taking a break. Trust your own rhythm.
Can more than one person use the same cloth?
Yes. The cloth is intended to be a companion for contemplative practice and may be shared if that feels appropriate to you.
What if someone else touches my cloth?
That's perfectly fine. The cloth does not absorb another person's energy. If you feel called to reconnect with it afterward, simply hold it for a few moments, say a brief prayer, or set a new intention.
Do I need to cleanse the cloth after using it?
No. The fabric is not intended to absorb negative energy, so there is no need to cleanse it after each use. Simply wash it occasionally, following the care instructions, as you would any cherished textile.
Can I wash my cloth?
Yes. Please follow the care instructions included with your cloth. Occasional washing is perfectly fine.
What if I stop using it for a while?
That's completely natural. There may come a time when you feel your work with a particular cloth is complete—for now. Simply store it somewhere that feels meaningful to you, such as on an altar or in a drawer reserved for sacred objects. If you enjoy working with crystals, you might place a piece of black tourmaline nearby.
What should I do if I no longer feel called to use my cloth?
There may come a time when your relationship with a particular cloth feels complete. If you choose to part with it, we encourage you to do so with the same care and gratitude with which you first received it.
Because each cloth incorporates sacred symbols and Hebrew letters, we recommend treating it as a sacred companion rather than as an ordinary household object. If it has reached the end of its life, consider returning it to the earth by burying it in a place that feels appropriate. Otherwise, store it safely until the time feels right.
Thank the cloth for its companionship, and trust that every practice has its own natural beginning and completion.
Can I combine the cloth with other spiritual practices?
Absolutely. Many people enjoy using it during meditation, prayer, Reiki, breathwork, journaling, yoga, or simply while resting quietly. Any practice that helps you cultivate presence can complement your experience.
What is the most important thing to remember?
There is no "correct" way to experience the cloth. The symbols, the fabric, and the activation ceremony are all invitations into a more conscious relationship with yourself. Approach the experience with curiosity rather than expectation, and allow your own intuition to guide you. Sometimes the deepest shifts are also the quietest.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. These cloths are intended to support contemplation, relaxation, and personal spiritual practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
